The Crew Checks out the Holiday Season in Branson and Silver Dollar City

As part of our Do The Ozarks series, the Crew headed to Branson to checkout the places you might want to check out for the holidays.  It is only an hour and 45 minute drive from Rogers, Arkansas.  We also wanted to see what the holiday celebration was like at Silver Dollar City.

We stayed at the Promenade at Branson Landing during our trip.  You can click here to find out more about the hotel.  We were invited up by the Branson Convention and Visitors Bureau (www.explorebranson.com) to have a holiday adventure!

We started with the Andy Williams Performing Arts Center.  We had a chance to speak with the main actress who plays Maxine in Hallmark's "Maxine's Christmas Carol.  Click link below to check it out!

Our second stop on our holiday tour in Branson was Silver Dollar City! The Crew went on a food adventure through the park.

We had a chance to speak with Master Potter Jeff Walker while we were checking out Silver Dollar City in Branson.

The Arkansas CW Crew ran into Cameron Hansen at Silver Dollar City who spoke to us about what the holiday cruise is like on the Showboat Branson Belle.

Even during the holidays the crew found out the rides continue for all ages!

A new addition this year to Silver Dollar City in Branson is Christmas in Midtown.  The Crew had a chance to check out!

We had a chance to stop in at Brown's Candy Factory in Silver Dollar City.

We stopped into the Blown Glass Factory to watch master craftsmen Shawn Watt make a glass snowman.

The Crew had a chance to cook up a recipe at the Silver Dollar City's Midwest Living Culinary and Craft School taught by Master Craftsman of Culinary Arts, Debbie Dance Uhrig.

While on our trip to Branson we had a chance to experience their holiday shows. We pulled up at the Christmas on the Trail Chuckwagon Dinner Show.

The Crew had a chance to do the holiday VIP tour at the Promised Land Zoo in Branson.
